We look back at your training history to build a plan that is right for you and will get you to the start line in the best possible shape. We take all the guess work out of training for you so all you need to worry about is nailing your workouts.
How does coaching work?
We will build your plan and upload it into the leading online training platform called Training Peaks. On Training Peaks you will be able to see a calendar showing all your scheduled workouts including details of zones/paces/power to target for each session. Each session will have clear guidance of the session objective and all intervals will be built into the workout so all you need to do is hit go and your device will prompt you and make sure you nail the workout the best you can on that day. When complete the workout will then sync to Training Peaks so you and your coach can analyse the workout. Its from this analysis that as a coach we will give feedback where necessary and adjust sessions as you improve.
